Spray Painting

Mr K has been loving playing with the spray bottles I purchased awhile back. We usually use them for water play but it’s just too chilly for that at the moment. So I gave him an invitation to play with the spray bottles in a different way.
Mr Ed was really not interested in this activity at all. I think it was a little too young for him. But Mr K loved it! He sprayed for ages. He was completely covered in paint by the end.
Mr K’s end result was a beautiful table cloth. It looked so awesome on the kids little table.

He then decided he was going to make a café.

He made signs for his café, menus and even took notes of what his customers ordered.
(This reads: Kafe here. Drinks and food.)

Him wanting to know how to write and spell things and having the passion to learn makes me so proud. He’s writing because he’s interested in doing it, rather than because he’s being told he has to. That is why I’m such a big advocate for letting children play.

Loving this journey
